We may collect contact and business details; project information such as languages, services, subject matter, volume, deadlines and instructions; documents, audio, video, images or other submitted files; emails, messages, feedback and professional communications; billing, invoice and payment-reference information; and limited technical information required for website security and operation.

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, assess projects, select suitable linguists, deliver services, communicate with clients, issue invoices, maintain business records, protect security and meet contractual or legal obligations.

Where applicable, we process information because it is necessary to take steps before entering a contract, perform an agreed service, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests or act with your consent.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with selected translators, interpreters, editors, reviewers, technology providers, professional advisers or legal authorities. Project professionals receive only the information needed for their role and are expected to follow confidentiality requirements.

Prestige Languages operates from Pakistan and serves clients worldwide. Information may therefore be processed in Pakistan or other countries by authorized professionals and service providers. Where required, reasonable contractual, confidentiality and security safeguards will be used.

How Long We Keep Information

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage inquiries, deliver projects, maintain client relationships, handle accounting, protect legal rights and meet contractual or legal requirements. Project files may be deleted or returned according to agreed client instructions.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, strong passwords, multi-factor authentication where available, reputable service providers and confidentiality requirements. Sensitive files should be shared through an agreed secure method. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

AI and Machine Translation

Confidential client content is not submitted to public AI or machine-translation services unless the client has requested or explicitly authorized that workflow. Any approved AI, machine translation or MTPE process remains subject to professional human review and the client’s instructions.

The website may use essential technologies required for security, accessibility and basic operation. We do not currently use non-essential advertising cookies. If analytics or other tracking technologies are introduced later, this policy will be updated and visitor choice will be provided where required.
